I have been working in the field of mental health and therapy since 2006, in specialist mental health services, for private organisations and in private practice. I have worked with a wide range of people including children, adolescents and adults, as well as mothers and babies. I can support people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, parenting challenges, relationship breakdown, interpersonal difficulties, problems with boundaries, difficulties from childhood and family backgrounds, difficulties in the perinatal period (pregnancy and post-natal), attachment and bonding issues, maternal mental health, and more.
